Ingredients
For the Wrap
- 1 cup cottage cheese (small curd or large curd both work)
- 2 large eggs
- 1 pinch salt
- to taste optional: garlic powder, onion powder, Italian seasoning, or smoked paprika
For the Fillings (customizable)
- slices deli turkey
- 1 shredded chicken
- 1 cup salad greens
- 1 cup cucumbers, sliced
- 1 cup tomatoes, sliced
- 1 cup hummus
- to taste sauce like ranch, pesto, or hot sauce
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend the cottage cheese, eggs, and salt until smooth.
- Pour the mixture onto a lined baking sheet and spread it into a thin rectangle.
- Bake until set and lightly golden around the edges, usually about 25 to 35 minutes depending on thickness.
- Let it cool for 10 minutes before peeling it off the parchment and filling.
- Fill the wrap with your choice of fillings as desired.
- Avoid overstuffing, especially with wet ingredients to prevent sogginess.
